Certification Videos - Instructions.  The video files are quite large and may take a minute or two to load - patience is a virtue. 
The files are designed to play automtically after download is complete.  If the video doesn't begin on its own, clicking the Chapter button again or clicking the "Next" at bottom of the player window should cause the video to start.
